As I began walking the path of healing, I was awakened by a deep knowing within. A knowing I am meant to reverently enter the heart of the wild unknown, reclaim my inherent earth based traditions and serve as a guide to retrieving the forgotten parts of our divine selves.

Hi, Welcome, My name is Courtney, and I’m an Herbalist, Holistic Nutrition Mentor, Intuitive Breathwork Guide and overall Earth Based Enthusiast.

I trust in the mycelia magic of the inter-webs that if you’ve found this page then I know why you are here, because it’s why I’m here too.

The world needs your medicine. 

Perhaps you are like me and feel a deep calling to stand as a bridge between the seen and unseen realms and commune with the plant spirits in between worlds. Maybe you have heeded the call as a devotee of Gaia. To be a steward of her precious body and to live as a noble ancestor ensuring our Earth thrives for 7 generations to come. 

Perhaps you understand and feel there is a paradigm shift happening; a time of great change, possibility and awakening. There is so much unfolding in our societal landscape, political climate, as well as, our environment and these systems are in need of great repair and renewal. We are witnessing the darkest shadows surface in our collective consciousness and within ourselves. 

It is no coincidence we have all volunteered to be on this planet at this pivotal time. As Dr. Clarissa Pinkola Estes said, “We were made for these times”. It is time to undo this outdated paradigm.

We are ready to shift, transform and become more.  

I believe we have unique responsiblities as healers, especially white folx, to weave social justice, inclusivity and anti-racism activism into our work by healing ancestral lineage, dismantling oppressive systems, decolonizing healing practices, and raising the consciousness of ourselves and those we connect with in person, online and in community.

The more comfortable you get with allowing your soul’s calling deep within your being to emerge the more you allow others to do the same…

and that is where the magic begins to unfold.

 I could write pages on all the reasons I feel called to step into my dharma and share more online but what’s most important is this:
